[3.13] Power Siphon/Kinetic Blast Poison Assassin - Very fast and tanky poison wander
why do we run perfect agony on the assassin when it's already on coralito's signature
| |
" it's just QoL because assassin doesn't have the flask sustain of PF, so you always have it by allocating the keystone. Coralito's provides other good bonuses for poison builds other than perfect agony anyway.
I would like to clarify some things.
* This build has INSANE defenses. I haven't died in 3 levels (almost 93 now) and I'm doing the rippiest map mod combinations thinkable (added ele mods with -max, vuln etc.). The no extra dmg from crits is insanely powerful combined with 99% chance to avoid attacks (70~ for spells) and all the other damage reductions from Assassin. Mistwall truly is a GAME CHANGER. This shield is what makes this build for me. It is simply a pleasure to play because I basically facetank everything and never die. * The damage is pretty insane. I kill the watchstone guardians in less than 15 seconds for T15-16. (Note how I missed to use Plague Bearer in most of these clips lol) Here is me killing a T16 metamorph: https://streamable.com/2jbcs General clear in a T15 map (double boss): https://streamable.com/lv22o T16 Hydra and Metamorph after each other: https://streamable.com/p19lq Shaper last phase: https://streamable.com/dcl84 Minotaur with extra damage and life: https://streamable.com/qanue * The clear speed is top-end. With insanely high movement spead and screen-wide / off screen one-taps from KB. * I have accumulated some pretty GG gear so far and this is what it looks like. I am missing awakened gems and Despair on hit on gloves. I am also missing some mods on my wand. Here is my current gear: I would also like to point out that the Dazzling Strikes nodes are very good if you choose to go down to Duelist area. OVERALL: 10/10 build that can tackle the entire endgame, clear SUPER fast and is VERY tanky. Last edited by Igelkott on Dec 19, 2019, 12:09:57 AM

Just wanted to mention an option for chest: dendrobate. Gives lesser poison which will cap your chance to poison without circle of nostalgia and will give a bit more chaos damage. Just wanted to say this because a 6L dendrobate is cheaper than a well rolled circle of nostalgia. Also easy to get required colors since it is int/dex.

" How do you sustain mana with KB? Im struggling really badly with mana issues [3.0] BLIGHT PACT | Guardians+Shaper Down on a 4l! Budget To Not So Budget | 9k life | Starter Build - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1957148

idk how he did it, but my mana issues were quickly solved with a mana leech/ mana on hit jewel. once u custom craft ur own wand, phys damage leech carried my mana pretty well
| |
" good job mate, i'm finding 80% of the criticism in this thread just "strange" since i'm not having all these mentioned issues and i have very shitty gear compared to you or the guide. Can you post a PoB of your character please? or a tree at least
Yet another gear update:
All mana issues goes away with Tree leech by duelist area and a +2 mana on hit jewel. Last edited by Igelkott on Dec 19, 2019, 2:57:42 PM

" Any chance you could make your profile not private so we could look at your tree? |

Would definitely appreciate sharing your assassin tree or your POB Igelkott.
I think Pathfinder might have been a mistake for this in the late game, early game the poison prolif is absolutely awesome but I find my single target to be lacking. Maybe with enough gear the QoL from PF would be better but eh. Whoever earlier in the thread suggested a mana on hit jewel was smart, we have so many projectiles that mana hasn't been an issue since. I can imagine a life on hit elder ring would be pretty great for it too because vitality void is pretty awful for leech rate. My character is public if you're curious if my complaints are because lack of gear/gem levels etc. |
