I would use a +1 to all chaos gems or +% chaos damage over time wand with any chaos damage craft.

Regarding Spell Slinger. The setup I have in mine will cost around 60% mana reservation. It is BV and BF in a 6link with PS in the gloves for a 5link.

The cooldown on Spell Slinger will decrease in cooldown with gem level.

I really would like Animate Weapon too as a minion wall. According to the wording on Animate Weapon it will eat BV and BF blades. Maybe I can use Animate Weapon with Unleash and do it myself.

I'm kinda skeptical on the leveling section with regard to a league start - I never found Cobra Lash to be an exceptional leveling skill. There might be something I'm missing but it whenever I tried I got much better results with another skill on the same char.

Personally I'd rather use Caustic Arrow with Puncture + Ensnaring Arrow for bosses and respec some points when the leveling is mostly done.

Yeah Cobra Lash is not amazing leveling skill, but its the least amount of respecs. Slinger + Bladefall could be decent boost for pure wand leveling tho, at least later so maybe that can work.

We get EK at level 1 and Animate Weapon from Breaking some eggs. That should carry us hard. 10 animated weapons right from the getgo. We can add BV after Merveil once we have 10 weapons.

If the weapons are as good as I think they will be buffing them might be a good idea. It should make Carrion Golem the best golem for leveling too.

It should be possible to link Animate Weapon to weapon support gems. Stuff like Lesser Poison, Melee Physical etc.

Added Cold and Lightning Damage works aswell. This should give us a really good leveling tool.

The first gem I might add is Summon Phantasm. This gets you a really nice army. All you need to do is casting EK somewhere refreshing AW if needed.

Thanks to the changes to AW only the gem level of AW should matter.

*edit* Currently testing the setup. I get the problem now. I always thought Blade Vortex would keep the stacks unless you keep casting it once every so often. Each stacks falls off individually. That is horrible!

Hmmm. Yeah league will be interesting. So much stuff to try.

That's why BV is one of the few spells people use with Unleash. You can get 4-5 stacks a cast to make it easy. I don't know how Unleash interacts with triggers, but that should be an option.
