[3.13] Power Siphon/Kinetic Blast Poison Assassin - Very fast and tanky poison wander

Has any1 been able to make a good wand yet? Ive tried a few rolls of the corroded + abberant + metallic fossils on ilvl 83+ elder wand and nothing even remotely close to usable O.o

That sounds very unlucky as the desired mods are very common (or well, at least the flat chaos and poison one).

Unless they changed the occurence. I see 500 weightning on delve mod, I dont remember what was it before.

Big build update:

- Added level 10 - 70 leveling trees
- Overhauled leveling section
- Switched to Bladefall + Spellslinger and wand leveling

No more awful Cobra Lash leveling, yay!

Another small build update

- Replaced Heartseeker in final tree with extra jewel socket

Any thoughts on what cluster gems to shoot for? I think I'll start looking to spec into a jewel slot once I hit level ~72 or so since I'll have most of the life and poison damage necessities by then. The build is interesting and pretty smooth now that I switched away from cobra lash (WORST LEVELING EXPERIENCE EVER LMAO). Only concern so far is the sheer amount of buttons you have to manage (4 flasks, withering step, vaal power siphon, swapping between power siphon & KB, steelskin + health flask, & wither/despair during boss fights). Definitely not a easy build to play.

Honestly you can just skip vaal power siphon, its not doing anything 90% of the time (because KB kills whole screen before that) and just use regular one, that is 1 less button. For despair you can run like Witchfire brew into corrupted embalmers with despair on hit (or ring with despair on hit), that is another 1 less button. And eventually you want to drop Steelskin anyway.

I actually updated the leveling section earlier to not use Cobra Lash at all, because everyone hates it (me included) lol. Also depending on how much damage you have, usually for me just using Withering Step without even bothering with Wither totems was enough (so another - 1 button :d).

EDIT:

Oh and for cluster jewels, I really like the chaos explosion one. Ideally something like Unspeakable + either Unholy Grace or Wicked Pall together with jewel socket.

And for pure DPS, stuff like Haemorrhage is really big too.

My gear is well, awful but I wanted to record how the build performs in bad gear, with low level gems, at low level etc.

That looked way worse than I was expecting considering you already have the flasks and the damage and a 6L. What's the top end single target poison dps?

How easy was it to hit a good wand last league? Already attempted 10 times with Corroded+Metallic+Aberrant combo. The 60% chance mod didnt appear once.

Might need to resort to alt regal for this

From the league start vids? The char in them had around 600k Shaper DPS. Like, having low level gems + *being* low level is just rough at dps, we get a lot of damage from tree and gems.

It should be fairly easy to hit, or at least was last league so that is ood. Its definitely possible to hit it as I saw quite a few wans with the mod alraedy.
