[3.13] Power Siphon/Kinetic Blast Poison Assassin - Very fast and tanky poison wander

I just got Kosis in the Simulacrum fight, wave 20. I barely scratched him and used up all my remaining portals to get him to maybe 85-90% hp. Has anybody killed him with this build?

I did, but in a regular, juiced up T13 map with 100% delirious stacked. It was a difficult fight with all those teleports, but the damage was there.

My recommendation would be Golden Rule, it amplifies the damage (and defense because in Simulacrum chaos mods are super common) by a lot

1. Get despair on hit corrupted gloves so you can upgrade your ring to something better
2. Cinderswallow is a lot of boss damage
3. Woke Gems (some of them are pretty cheap, like woke added chaos damage what is very big one for us)

Good advice from the op of the guide, plus I think you have 120% chance to poison without coralito flask. You could use those 2 points for something else. ;)

Awake chaos dmg adds a lot and is only 40c.

shield,amu, craft better helm (maybe -chaos), boots (ofc tailwind) and maybe will modify a little bit flask (Urn dying?)

Suffix? Probably crit chance. But I would most likely to beastcraft remove prefix add suffix and craft inc phys because its missing flat.

I just finished uber lab and i was struggling a little bit because my damage is really inconsistent.

Can someone help me whats wrong with my setup beside gem lvl and quality? Please ignore my helmet for now as i dont have much currency.

And i still have mana issues although i have 2 2 mana on hit jewels.

I also tried running blasphemy + despair setup as it gives me more mana to use. Is it bad?

I did it quite easily too, although I did invest a lot in this build yday since I luckily got a HH from The Wretched on Monday lol so take that info with a grain of salt. Here is the gear:
