According to you guys this doesn't work yet. But how is this supposed to work? How can you chose the organ type before encountering the boss?

It means bosses can now drop all 5 kinds of organs not just 1 or 2 predetermined ones. It does Not mean you get to chose the drop.

Coming to say the same as carnivori, any attempt to type something in the seach box on map stash crash the game.

Same here, when you search something in ANY stash tab and not just the map stash tab, the client crashes. Every single time

My Haewak Hamlet watchtower is gone along wif 4 stone inside, even after i kill drox i get new stone but the tower and 4 stone didt reappear LUL and it show up sudenly after i post here LUl!!
