Wrote them e-mails, made a bug thread about it (23pages btw),
last patch did not fix the problem, actually made it even worse.

People not be able to play for the entire duration of the holidays,
10/10 customer support and Quality Assuarance.

Im so done with this game.

You are not alone :(

If I play with Task manager open on my other screen, I can watch the memory use rise and bail before before everything crashes and I get locked into a black screen. I get about 20 minutes of play time before I hit 11 GB of memory used and the risk goes up a lot. Any long fight or huge mobs at that point invite trouble. :(
