Shadow - [3.13 UPDATED] gr0bbs | Poison Blade Vortex | Budget Viable | Endgame 50Mil+ DPS

I was trying to run this as a league starter and am having alot of trouble with the ele BV. I was wondering, do you guys think this build would level well as a ED/Cont build? It scales so well with gem level that you wouldn't need to worry about investment into it and you could level more relevant gems to the actual build more easily.
