U can do that by getting your cooldown recovery speed on boots/belt but i wouldnt recommend doing that since like you previously said u dont have money. Maybe get a better watcher's eye since you have one that does pretty much nothing to you. Discipline es on hit, precision crit multi, precision flash charge or just switch this jewel for a normal cobalt one with es and crit multi. |

Thx a lot for the build, it's the best I've ever played: fun, tanky, fast and lots of damage. And it's a build of records: first Uber-Elder, first Uber-Elder deathless, first Sirus deathless, first Lvl 100 and first 40/40 challenges (OK, Corona did it's part, too). I levelled as Orb of Storms Tempest Shield Hybrid and did transition to CI and CoC when I could affort Cospri's and Fenumus'. And ES gear wasn't that expensive at leaguestart. I could do all content. For Sirus, I switched Flame Dash for Shield Charge. Btw, here's my gear, nothing special or fancy:

Jewels are as recommended. My Watcher's Eye has Flask Charges on Crit with Precision, but it's not really worth the price. |
