Does anyone have leveling trees for various levels/acts?

I'm trying to play this build on (somewhat) of a budget. How important is the "Recover #% of energy shield on kill" mod?

Question: Why this build over CoC CI Ball Lightning? Trying to understand the advantages of the builds over one another.

I recommend it to get it from body armour as permanent stat or from cinderswallow (on use only). It's a pretty nice quality of Life if you are low on Es and then kill a pack of mobs and ve instant full of it.

i seem to be clearing all content relatively easily, still having some dmg issues. my main issue is there sometimes i'm missing strength / dex for my pieces and i have to use some nodes on the passive tree that i wouldnt like, also my crit feels alot lower in comparison as well. any ideas?

I kinda made this build work in a slightly different way with some nice tankiness, because I really really hate dying.

I tried to put in more physical mitigation, like the jugg cluster jewel, nice armor with armor flask and so on. I also think the chest helps a lot too with the chaos damage conversion.

I've played a lot around with my gear and switching things up, quite easy to craft some nice gear this league, crafted a lot of it myself. Also, since the cyclone nerf happened, the boots with 80% to avoid stun lab enchant + the cinderswallow urn 50% mod did me some miracles and solved me being stunned a lot in high tier maps with lots of mobs.

My current setup is the one I enjoy most. I can also do all content deathless with my current setup, although don't facetank Sirus's die beam. You can probably survive with armor flask and Vaal molten shell, but wouldn't recommend it.
