65% chance to avoid poison/blind/bleeding makes it impossible to stack 40 virulence on single targets, with a cyclone setup. Clearing packs will feel the same but bosses may take much longer.
is there a pastebin? or anyone can paste theirs?

did u not read what he just gave of info? it doesnt matter if the gem it self is nerfed. look at the other added stuff.
Will this build be updated for 3.10 anytime soon? cant find any others
I have a doubt.. is it necessary to look for higher damage % in Kaom's heart while buying it?? Is that % any useful in this particular build???
If minion level + damage support helms are too expensive, you can also use a Shaper helm with Hypothermia Support. It's not as good as a helm with the minion damage support, but it is much cheaper. I also prefer Skitterbots over Hatred because they also apply 34% shock at level 20, and reserves less mana.

It won't matter. Even if your minion does fire damage, the chest would only apply to you.

Why are chaos resist mobs so tough for this build? Is that due to the physical to chaos HoA conversion? I found suggestion to use Witchfire Brew against these mobs and that has been a definite help; but does anybody have any other suggestions or could they explain the exact mechanic going on here?

Witchfire Brew, as good as it is, isn't much help with the Phoenix. I can down Phoenix very fast with my Vortex Occultist, but seems almost inpenetrable with my HoA Jugg.
