Honestly I see nothing wrong with your character, just make sure you upgrade your flasks into a Seething Divine/Eternal Life Flask of Staunching and a Chemist’s Diamond Flask of Heat. Just keep on leveling and getting all the life nodes and you will reach 5.6K HP really easily.
