Hello Angry Roleplayer! I have been following your builds for a long time and have had much success with your other builds, but I am also having issues with damage output with Blade Vortex.

At level 79, my resting BV tooltip DPS is showing 3209.5

I have all my gear socketed as shown in the POB, and very similar, but not as godly gear as listed, but pretty close.

Is there a vital piece of gear or passive nodes that I'm somehow missing? My Vaal Blade Vortex is 19/23 right now and properly linked, but my damage is garbage. Any suggestions?
