There are 7 gems in PoB and I wonder if the Damage On Full Life Support should be used although it is disabled.
Only if you feel you lack damage on last few waves, but i did all 20 with melee splash.

Which is the best way to get all red sockets? Vorici's maybe? but, im not sure how it works...

I know that. But before spending a lot of chromatics i'm asking if there is a better way to do it. Mostly having the weapon more Dex than Str

Like he said, just use chroms. Oni has 9 Str, 9 Dex requirement so it's pretty easy to get any combination.
