This manifesto needs a manifesto.
(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0

Saying that you have more rewards the deeper you go into fog? I don't feel that at all, not even a little bit. The league is fun in the difficulty since its extremley rippy, and im hc player. But the rewards are non-existant, the delirium focused rewards are allmost none unless you hit incubators. And i haven't felt monters dropping more loot in deeper fog.... Hence i don't run delirium in most of the cases, I run only if i can easaly clear it without danger, because its extra xp, since i don't expect on extra reward besides that.

Nice to see, league concept is great.
On-death effects are really bad because they are not telegraphed, so you just getting random hits for like 3-4K HP, and also cannot loot splinters etc. because you have to always move around. Maybe make splinters to drop in the end of the encounter? They're always dropping from those monsters with on-death effects. Performance is decent, but there is clear regression on Legion and Metamorph encounters (I had zero problems with Metamorphs in previous league, right now there are ton of lags while spawning additional monsters), without mist being applied to them. Also upgraded Sirus fight is absolutely great, thanks for buffing him! Now it feels like fighting a boss on first three phases too. |

Yeah, some of the Delirium attacks or whatever they use on you is way too much damage, to be honest. It feels more op than what Legion attacks were in the beginning before the damage was scaled down. I'm running around with high evasion, phase acrobatics, high life, max all resists, etc. Still getting 1 shot during the Delirium events so I just skip them all together now. Please downscale the damage on the Delirium mobs a little. Also, I don't see why the event has to be timed or forced to do as fast as possible. Like, you're saying only high clear zoom zoom builds that clear maps super fast are allowed to reach the maximum delirium level or maximum rewards? What about slow and steady builds? Idk...
ALSO, let me get this straight, you "don't know" what is causing all of the performance issues? You don't think for a second that the fog scattered all over the screen takes longer to render or all of the effects that show up with the attacks of the new mobs? I'm not saying to take away the fog or the other effects, I think it looks amazing, it's just that it's a similar situation with hideouts, the more dynamic/moving parts you have all over, it makes it look good yes, but all of those dynamic/moving parts, such as fog, etc. require your pc to render all of it. Subsequently, this causes low fps, and thus lag during the delirium events. It might just be a case of us having to buy better graphic cards, I myself have a 2080 currently, so not sure if I should even bother upgrading again or maybe it is just an issue with tweaking the system correctly to not cause lag. i would also like to request a easier indication towards where the mist is moving, as the current visual indication gets buried between eggs, monster corpses and just poor effects

" Its kinda dumb that people can't realize that the way the game is being designed is meant to produce situation that make you need to log out if you don't want your character to die eventually. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
