We get 8% less physical damage taken which is significant and avoid the attack speed malus for a slightly smaller multiplier.

Its a lot better than pulverise but I like to keep em both and have my awakened brutality at my weapon swap as single target gem I do swap gems if you watch my video

Infused channeling is one of the best damage supports in the game gem itself gives us 30% and infusion gives us 10% with first30% more damage we have 130% of the damage with infusion we get 130*1,1=143% so gem acts like %43mora damage and good mitigation so its best to use it

Mob mentality cluster jewels I took four of them each giving me 5 rage per shout so I shout once around 1,08 secs and per shout gives me 20 rage

Use Terminus Est Sword.

It has high crit, attack speed and decent phys damage.
