[3.18 suspended] Blast from the Past. KB/PS Int Stack Wander King. Speed meta 18K ES, 20m+ dps

Shapers touch in no way is end game. Frankly, the probable best is either shaper gloves with slower proj to put kb in them, or (much better, imo) is temple gloves with t1 int accuracy and as much es as possible.

I think with Harvest mechanics in particular skipping accuracy on wands is not a bad idea. It doesn't look too difficult to get stupidly good items in belt, chest and helmet slots.

So basically it's the budget option. Makes sense. Doesn't look too impossible to craft accuracy since it has a high weighting with Attack Seeds. Thanks!

Hi, trying to craft my own wand here. Why does the imbued base need to be item level 83? Other than the crusader hybrid prefix it looks like the mods we want on it cap out at ilvl 78 so wouldn't it be better to use a base at ilvl78 to maximize the probability of those mods?

hmm u dont need soul thief with auxium which is another 2 points, i would rather drop atziri shield for now until u can get the dexterity without spending 3 points for those dex nodes.

i think u messed priorities a bit, like high ES gloves are good.. but thats a very late goal, same for atziri shield.

u are not getting extra res or stat from any of your gear, which forces you to spend your points rather ineffectively.

For now rush to 90 and get some skill points, then u can implement the cluster setup which will (hopefully) give some res/stat etc to help you.

I'm working on the chest, shield and gloves to try and get some better ES on there. But my single target damage lacking quite a bit. Even when I gem swap for conquerors - And Sirus seems out of the question currently.

I got a second thread of hope to go with the shield block, really helps alot for my defences currently.

added ligtning dmg t1 is lvl 82. which is the best prefix u can roll

Can this function on an extremely low budget, if all I had was just an int stacking wand and nothing else? Like, can it reasonably feel good on a 6L with just the wand, and maybe 8-10k es? It doesn't HAVE to be a 60-70 ex build right?

Can 1-2ex be enough to get the build on its feet?
