t3 attributes is decent, the extra stats will save slots for other stuff in a different gear. my own amulet gives t4 all stats and kept me going so far :D

indeed i did craft all clusters i use :) luckily it is not very hard atm

Hm, I guess...
1) OP uses Elemental Focus Support (Supported Skills cannot inflict Elemental Ailments, so our enemy can't be shocked (it is important)).
2) Snowstorm. Gain 10% of Lightning Damage as Extra Cold Damage against Chilled Enemies ... we can't originally chill our enemies with our flat lightning damage, but skitterbots can chill.
Important: skitterbots 100 % inflict Ailments on end-game bosses.

Some conclusions: OP doesn't want use/undestand game mechanics about chilling/shocking enemies, we are just going for free 10 % cold damage with skitterbots.

Other way... (my setup)
Does chill work on metamorphs, bosses, Sirus? read this firstly.
Next what you need:
1) Snowstorm. Gain 10% of Lightning Damage as Extra Cold Damage against Chilled Enemies (Large Cluster Jewel)
2) Cold Conduction. Enemies Chilled by your Hits are Shocked, Enemies Shocked by your Hits are Chilled (Medium Cluster Jewel).
3) You can use Wrath instead of skitterbots now for getting more flat lightning damage (important)
4) 22/07/20 deleted cuz some dismiss
5) We can't use Elemental Focus Support then.

Some conclusions: I am not pro in this game and maybe miss something, want see OP's answer (if he finds out this information useful I want to be placed in credits then, sry =) )

Additional info (edit):
The Skitterbots' base Chill is a 10% reduction of Enemy Action Speed and the base Shock is 15% increased Damage Taken (these values increase with skill gem's level)
If you use 'normal' shock it can cap 50% instead of 19% (even 60% with Cluster Jewel with Overshock node)

There is some good way to craft accuracy on weapon ? ( I guess a lot depends on luck?)

Anyways short answer is this:

I have Skitterbots cuz they shock bosses, which means 18% more dmg for 35% reservation (to compare wrath gives 12.5% more dmg for 50% reserve). Having them guarantee chill is a QoL feature.

I have ele focus on my boss skill as it can't shock bosses anyways, and i dont have it on my clear skill to shock trash mobs.

btw the thread you linked seems like players making assumptions, haven't seen any GGG comments or any hard data sadly :(

For the rest, at least post a PoB if u wish me to comment.
Saying added this, added that is not very helpful, i am more curious about what you remove to get those things. Also i don't see how u can shock bosses for 50% increased dmg taken, even if chill works as u think.

accuracy has attack tag, so add attack mod etc can hit accuracy

Hey Trivialmatters,

I've sunk about 100ex into the build now and was wondering if you have any suggestions on what to upgrade next. Im thinking amulet? Watcher's eye? Or mirroring your gear for ailment immunity? :P

I've made a few changes to improve my survivability e.g. running flesh and stone instead of spellslinger and using CwDT - WoC for the curse. Also using a another large cluster jewel with Veteran defender, drive the destruction and martial prowess. Also a medium with repeater and eye-to-eye.
