What do you think about use ancestor protector instead of golem. AT gives us a lot of as. We could take advantage of tukohama bc it increases 100% effect of ancestor totem and 2% life leech from totem. I tried and it works really well, far better than golem. It improves our defense a lot.

Btw bro, I find out that minions from purity or golem are useless when fighting with bosses such as sirus. Booses always slap me, they don't give a shit on minions

Currently the fracture for 3 prefix is at 9ex each, and it seems pretty rare to try and find on your own. Thats about 27 exalted just for the fracture. Any other cheaper alternatives anyone would have in mind?
I find Brutual Restraint (Nasima) really useful after having a "hits can't be evaded" weapon. If we put it near the elemental damage stuff, it gives a minimum of 62 dex just by being there. Thats one less dex modifier to look for in actual equipment. Nasima keystone provides 25% MORE crit chance at the cost of being blind all the time which we don't care thanks to hits can't be evaded mod, it lets me hit 100% effective crit chance without bottled faith or diamond flask. Don't get me wrong, I would get bottled faith if I can afford right now but rumi+lions roar does wonders for me atm. As a bonus, my jewel also adds 2x 4% life, 3x10% stun avoid and 2x 25% increased crit chance so I dropped unwavering stance without sacrificing much. Best part is, nasima jewels are about 20c each by the time of writing this.

Here's the problem with totem:
1. You have to cast it
2. It can't move, therefore useless in mapping or in ultimatum
3. It only last for few seconds.

That's why I'm not planning to heavily invest in totem nodes, it only makes sense to use totem during certain boss fight. In comparison, Tasalio works in all situation and provides lots of defense benefit.

The only totem I use is vaal ancestral warchief, it directly gives more damage and helps one-shot many bosses. Ancestral protector isn't as good because once your attack speed is good enough, having additional won't help much. Also, another side note, the 2% totem damage is very limited and therefore the leech isn't going to be noticeable comparing with your original leech, therefore it won't help you improve your defense a lot.

The purity minions are very important, during boss fight or metamorph fight you can stay away from boss and let your AOE do the work, also use phase run once you perform the attack.


Early end-game gear is still in progress, I don't have much time to play this league but I'm progressing the gear, hopefully within a week :)

Well you can always check the trade to see if there's a 300-600+ physical damage warstaff.

Other than that, you can spam jagged fossil or essence to get a similar weapon.

Nice! I always appreciate people trying different build variations and share the finding with us.

30% stun evasion seems a bit risky tho, do you use other gear to deal with stun? also how does Nasima work damage-wise?

I am not really that end game at the moment,got about 90m damage max slam and 13m of it comes from brutual restraint according to PoB, due to not having 100% crit chance otherwise mainly. I get 50% stun avoid from gloves/helm so combined with 30% from jewel I get 80% stun avoid atm, I will probably try to lab enchant boots with 80% stun avoid when killed something recently and use it along with jewel, and either craft chaos resist on cleared suffix mods for gloves/helm or just buy better helm and gloves. Current gloves and helm are just 50c tops meh items honestly.

golem can't stay long in trial bro, recast it take longer than totem. It make me die a lot in trial. Currently I use ancestral protector - vaal warchieft - combustion. I could use both totem. The most important thing is 100% buff effect of totem, that bring 40%as (20% base as from ap) and 62% dmg (32% base from vw). 20% more as help me slam faster = clear mob faster = stay alive, My as is 1.8 without tukohama and 2.1 with tuko which help me hit n run easier. I check your pob bro, 1.3 atk rate is not enough to survive in trial, at least for me. May be my hand and brain are too slow to react . I encounter many times that mob kill me before my slam finish.

Bro, do u intend to use tasalio in next early-end-game-build ? How about timeless jewel, xibaqua or Militant Faith? My current res are 75, 75, 75, 80 chaos res so I don't think tasalio is useful to me. Or it have anys offense benefit that I don't know?

map with mod cannot regen, can not leech life/mana , are so hard bro :(

Here is my current setup if you are interested, further deviating from the build with atziri's promise and such for cheap and effective damage boosts while retaining 100% crit chance. Semi-budget build with 92.7m max slam damage.
