Seems like they forgot to add it to the patch notes. If Curse on Hit only works with Hexes, then you can be fairly sure that Blasphemy will only work with Hexes.
Otherwise it will be pretty OP getting 600HP and 80 mana per every mob killed around you.
Since Marks only apply on Rare and Unique enemies and only at one at a time, it is not overpowerd at all.
The guy was asking if it works with Blasphemy which turns it into an aura.

Is it intended that the Assasin's Mark ist still granting Life and Mana on Kill and not on Hit ? Seems kind of useless if you can only mark ONE, Rare or Unique enemy ?

"whining" is literally a critique expressed by the community, apparently GGG do deserve this due to lazy balance changes. You have nothing constructive to say really and I understand you're happy with the game as it is which is fine, but calling others whiners just because their opinion differs?

Have the issues where some people's fps and such got much worse after the technical patch been fixed?
I was one of those people for whom the technical patch of a bit ago made things worse, resulting in the game being barely playable.

What a shit, more nerfs xD Zombie nerfed 10000x times, now time to nerf raised spectre sents... I Never seeing that much nerfs in game like this....If D4 coming out i drop poe for that exacly reason.... nerfs, nerfs , nerfs. this is joke.

Why do you have problems with that?
Dont tell me its is player retention. If something has proven to work people will come back more likely.
It is not like all other builds are dead by default. They need more gear & time to do the same damage/more damage. And once its known how to easy make them work they will replace the current top 3, without the constant GGG meta shuffling.
Like i said you can never really balance the game, you can only annoy people with that constant reshuffle. Let the community/players themself re-define the current meta without your interference to skill/passive changes.
Could you please for once leave all (skill/passive) damage numbers alone for one year and look at the metrics and the associated player retention.
I agree with this post, ive played this game for a long time and league after league they nerf skills into the ground, seems to me they just do not like players with any kind of HIGH dps haven fun, so they nerf the skill to the point that players wont play it. This shit is getting old.
