Just got back into the game. Ran to Fellshrine, took about an hour and a half? Got to lvl 18

I'd say you need more IIQ, but that seems better than most of my runs.
I've been running rangers and shadows up through merveil to fellshrine until they hit 19, then retiring them. My gear:

All in all I get 60% IIQ. Pretty sure that's just a few points off the max - I rolled 6-8 IIQ in every slot possible. Don't have any rarity gear, but oh well - IIQ on everything isn't bad. The loot is pretty decent. I actually had a very vivid nightmare recently about dying while I had that stuff equipped. Would kinda suck. I think I should buy a +1 silverbranch and use that instead. :/ Luna's Blackguards - a guild of bronies - is now recruiting! I honestly just burned alterations until I got IIQ on every piece that could roll it, and with silverbranch and sadima's, I could virtually run naked. :P

how to make orbs in poe, buy from RMT sites because this game has worse drop rates then any game ever made.

doing new char runs of 1 hour, getting to lvl 23-24 and averaging 5-6 chaoses of worth, pretty good stuff.
