Was playing in the game - Got message that this patch was coming out - Logged off - waited about 15 minutes - then logged back on and got a pop up message saying my files had been corrupted and I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. I did all kinds of the usual things to avoid that advice - restarted computer - waited - tried a repair etc. Now I am currently reinstalling. Given the nature of the comments here, I am going to assume that my experience with this patch was unique. I have never gotten a corrupted file message before with new patches. But I have always stayed on line with the game until kicked off when the servers shut down.
I can not think of any reason why logging off in the last minute would corrupt files - but I would like to ask - Should I just stay on line in the future when the servers are about to shut down for patches? Because the re-install is - well cumbersome at this point.

after patching, the game constantly crashes for me. sometimes I crash when zoning, sometimes I can play for about a couple minutes before it goes BOOM!

Hey, GGG Art Team, thanks for putting out some new hats.

I really wanted to buy a helm effect for my Week Race S1E69 marauder but I'm not really feeling the magic this time.

- Spirit Charm: The floating card with Asian characters and rear blue flames looks tacky. I just can't imagine any type of spell caster going for this look in any genre except on a technomage cyberpunk William Gibson net avatar.

- Divine Sign: This one looks like a possible fearsome witch doctor type mask yet modeled on a shadow it looks goofy. The light green looks a little off and I don't think it'd match any common gear colours as I don't recall seeing anything green yet. I wish this had been modeled on a marauder as this could of been a decent tribal mask for him but for $10 I'm not willing to risk it. I wish we could get an extra 15 seconds on each microtransaction effect so we can see what the other classes look like adorned with new items.

- Brilliant Feathers: This one is daring and I do like it. I would wear this at Dominus' court hoping it would distract him enough not to exile me. Then again he might think I was being a jester and instantly transport me to the Twilight Strand to be laughed at in Lioneye's Watch.

- Victorious Wings: Easily the best of the four and similar to Silver Wings. I do find for both wings that they taper at too high an angle accentuated by the high camera angle of the game. I would of preferred if these had been lowered and extended at the tip.

I really want to buy some fearsome looking Wraeclast head pieces. Please no more cheesy Ice Crowns that look like art modeling done on the cheap, out of place effects like the four new ones, I would like to see distinctive effects like the Fiery Visage - the only helm I've bought.

+2 to movement gems in this item? As far as I know none are classified this way now. Seems weird to have on a chest where you usually need to put your most links for an attack.

edit: okay the movement classification got added to cyclone, flicker, WB, etc
