Probably have to run both rings and amulet with -mana cost, maybe a replica conquerer's efficiency to make it possible, too many casts/second to be able to sustain in any longer term fights tbh

It seems like mana cost could be fixed with mana gain on spell hit rings and stacking 2-3 sources of -mana cost to skills (rings, replica conqueror's efficiency, clarity watcher's eye) but dps will take a hit and budget will suffer

The only issue is spellslinger using up space that could go to defensive auras. |
