Oh thanks. Since im at 0.12 count maybe having a better damage was a biger upgrade than a bit more tornadoes but ill take that route then.

Also not sure how much of an upgrade is to change my 1.92 boots to a better ones, already have 1.98 gloves

phantasmal Haste is no longer the best option. it doesn't give as big a dps boost as agony+purity since the 3.13 nerf.

I personally wouldn't go the phantasmal haste route anymore, as after the nerf as stated above, its a dps decrease, and as for boots/gloves, if you are at 0.12, thats the best you can get without a specific corrupted chest, and -2.0 boots/gloves, focus on other things after u hit that 0.12
