He announced those 40 skills in the introducing the new league on twitch, about two days ago, said that it will be buff to 40 skills that will shake the meta, not sure if it was this league he was talking about or the next.

When you see skills like Caustic arrow that has been left in the dark sience patch 2.9.0, four leagues ago without even mention the skill in any patch or get any buff.

Then you will know thats is just too much for game balance and and too much for shaking the meta shit.

Guys ! i fund one skill which is buffed so well :

Frost Bomb
Now has an added damage effectiveness of 300% (from 200%).
Now deals 14 to 21 cold damage at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 1336 to 2003 at gem level 20 (from 959 to 1439).
Now gains additional radius as the gem levels, up to +7 at gem level 20.

I guess good job on fixing heist gems! Now when the summary of impactful changes to 40 old skills will release ? I wonder what changes GGG prepared for something like skeleton mages (which they themselves mentioned yesterday as good alternative to nerfed spectres/phys golems)....

What under used skills were buffed? Most of the skill changes were nerfs to alt quality gems. Buffs were to skills such as Firestorm that were literally destroyed/unplayable.

such nerf for 3.13 league craft, i can no longer use ethernal orbs disabled receiving in 2.0 on fractured items from 3.6. my theoretical build totally destroyed. such a pity.
