For attack skills, Yes. For spells, No.
So this build is safe from Quiver nerfs, because Burning Arrow is an Attack skill.

oh thats nice to know, hmm need to check some kind of arma brand leveling and see if burn arrow tree can be used, dont want to respec alot early in the league respec costs a ton.

How does build do with T16 Blight?

I was wondering, why in previous league most of builds has Acrobatics and PA (according to poeninja).
Any one knows if it's worth going there? For which bonuses expect Acro and PA?

Arma Brand or Fireslinger or level with BA, it's possible but maybe not the best.

Has anyone considered using Assailum?

Now that it is going to be a drop for any mobs it is going to be fairly easy to acquire. It seems to be a good option to bump up the single target dps.

They clarified later in Baeclast, that Assailum is considered Delirium Boss drop, so it were on a picture of global drops by a mistake, same as Pledge of Hands(Vaal Legion Exclusive drop).
