Been playing a lot of Last Epoch. And some guildies and I started this season of Path of Diablo since D2R got announced. Harvest changes really were so out of touch.

You would not ask me if i want better crafting in half life 2, for it too is not game where virtually any drop is instant vendor or hide it pls loot filter. But does just fine without crafting element.

Diablo 3 also allows you to craft unique item sets and in older version everyone used to craft stuff. Now it is only for leveling for the game is centered around unique item sets.

I did not play d3 for quite some time, so not sure what is current meta, but last time i played it had crafting.


BTW Diablo 3 is older than poe too, and devs stopped doing much for that game quite soon. Which was surprising considering how massive earnings did it bring at the time.

I do not like current blizzard(activision TM)

What is better alternative are asian ARPGS, which are truly modern with better graphics and hot anime girls. No crafting will ever beat anime girls that is just straight up fact.
sadly we still wair for western release for currently u gotta use VPN to play.

Also if someone here did not bother to play games that he mentions, it is exclusively you.

I play d2 every few years to win it again, and played diablo 1 just 2 weeks ago...
btw diablo 1 has better crafting than poe too.

I've applied for diablo 3 testing group in 2001 and it had version completely different compared to current one. So ofcourse we do not count pre-alpha prototypes. If we did d3 would be like 15 years older than poe.

And i never ever played path of exile, so can not agree with your claims. That i would betray daddy diablo. Or even to dare to play more than 1 game in my whole life. nah nah i play only diablo 0.5 forever and never touch anything inferior.

If i did, you would still have no argument because this league had and has harvest untouched and that will be the case for next month.

I probably wouldn't run to another ARPG for now. If they don't mess up D2 remaster then I'll give it a shot but it won't grab for me long term if it's just going to be D2.

I'm not terribly mad about harvest as I played SSF and it was perfectly fine in that regard. The power creep is what gets me with this game. It's just to easy to get geared up and zoom through the content with small challenges sprinkled throughout.

I'm catching up on older games like God of War atm, which surprisingly has my interest so far.
