i never liked syndicate either. i always skip or just tp out and go for another map or just run zana or alva just to block syndicate apperance in the map

Most changes seem reasonable, and plenty of buffs to go around too.
It will be interesting to see the new "blood" skills and how they fit into the META.

The nerfs to BF/BB, BV and Carrion Golem are minimal... Nothing changed
Affliction and Necropolis worst leagues ever. The current game design has slowly turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are way too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks simply isn't fun. Rework stacked decks needed.

Did any non-minion builds ever use this? In such a way that it was considered broken and needed nerfed? Not like that's a criterion for GGG to gut it, just asking.

Once again you get the feeling that they want to force you to use a different mechanic altogether, namely the dreaded When Focused. If nobody uses it, maybe the right incentive isn't "let's make the alternative that people do use suck"?

Now you might just save that weapon suffix for a juicy, actual bonus to weapon stats and move the triggers to the helmet's "Trigger socketed spells when you focus" instead. 8 vs. 12 seconds isn't that big a difference, you also get all skills in order instead of just one, and you can find cheap helmets with influenced-Increased Duration.

And selling us that "Veiled Mods no longer count as crafted" as replacement for excoriating Harvest is just adding insult to injury. More gambling, hooray.
I'd rather have no Harvest and the hope it one day returns in glory than this trash.
OK GGG I defended your manifesto and agreed with all the nerfs but I'm not ok with doing nothing about the underperforming skills. I was really excited to see what was going to get buffed with all the nerfs happening and just Vaal skills? really? Nothing else worth talking about? I just don't understand, you have so many cool and amazing skills and most of them are unplayable at the highest level. I thought for sure after the nerf bat that you all would address the undesirables, this is super disappointing unless I missed something and that is still to come? I mean give us some options here to play some of the amazing skills the game offers. I'll still be playing this league no question but every time I go through the acts and see all the gems open up all I can think about is how cool it would be if even half were playable. What's the point of having so many options when most of them are terrible at end game content?
So, hold on, lemme get this straight. Last league, with the introduction of the Atlas passive trees, you took the baseline of existing Atlas content and added possibilities to significantly raise it via said trees, allowing for people to pick and choose which league content they'd prefer to run at a chance higher than the baseline.

Now, this league, you're lowering said baseline, essentially making the content rarer than it was pre-Echoes for people who don't spec into Atlas passives related to it?

Yeah i don't like this at all, not one bit. Especially combined with the subsequent nerfs to accessibility and rewards of full-endgame.

Nerf skills to your heart's content, nerf items, rewards, whatever, it's all water under the bridge at the end of the day. But making your content rarer to run actually benefits nobody.
Wasn't Ritual the absolute best league in terms of player retention for years? Wonder why that was the case.

Awakening Bonus Objectives no longer provide additional chance to receive an Atlas Mission when completing a Map.

Reduced the chance for Map Areas to contain Abyss, Ambush, Blight, Breach, Domination, Essence, Heist, Legion, Metamorph and Torment encounters by 20%. The chance to encounter a Zana mission containing any of these mechanics has also been lowered by the same amount.

Reduced the chance for Map Areas to contain a Delirium Mirror by approximately 20%. The chance to encounter a Zana mission containing a Delirium encounter has also been lowered by the same amount.
Zana is now half as likely to offer a unique Synthesis Map when offering missions.

Glad I'm skipping this league. Every time they shit on something I like 3 times in a row it is unlikely to feel good to ever touch it again. Screw finding something new I know what I like and what I don't after 12k hours. Just so many takes on balance I question and feel it at least isn't right for me personally. How knows if it is right for everyone else.
