win 10 launches the game but selecting the new contrast cursor bricks the game exactly like pre hotfix and the character that has that mtx is unplayable
windowed full screen is not working either and the windows taskbar is visible at all times |

Using high contrast cursor nukes it back to pre-hotfix state.

It's only partially resolved. It fixed the "screen FPS=0 freeze while cursor is over active window" issue ONLY if you DO NOT have the new "high contrast cursor" active. If you try to activate the "high contrast cursor" then the previous behavior (screen freeze) is back. Several others have reported this in the other patch notes thread - probably still effecting primarily Win 7 and 8 users (I am using Win 7)
A real fix is still needed (the new cursor - and I assume the MTX ones as well - still do not work with same issues as before with full screen freezing) |

I put high contrast mouse on and game freezes like pre-hotfix... :(
