I mean there is like 7 nodes at the tree for Trap Throwing Speed which totaly gives only 32%...
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

yet another cycle... nerf op skills, make sucky skills more powerful... cycle repeats itself. forcing people to play other builds that they fell in love with. Sure, i will still play my build, if it sucks ass i will quit, enough is enough.

I don't get the Aisling nerf... These were the types of things that kept me interested in continuing to play the game. A high end crafting option that allowed me to keep improving an item. First Harvest then this... Are they trying to get people to burn out faster? Now most of Harvest and Aisling are a complete skip... Cool.
