as if success in a game and RL would exclude each other. Besides the no-lifers there actually are people achieving exactly that. Streamers out there that managed to have a 9-5 job and several builds a league prove it.

It is not only time, it also is about how you use it. And lets be honest, most of us are just too lazy to improve to that level.


absolutely missing his point.
games are, for most of us casuals, a recreational thing.
many of us don't have the time, or don't want to invest as much in a game as streamers/"pros"/"devoted players", why even would we? its neither our job nor our goal.
now blaming someone for not wanting that is just dumb...

furthermore:

now why would i accept a second job pointlessly? PoE has slowly turned into one, the tediousness of all the mechanics, etc. are just beyond fun for me personally at this point.


mind you, i've played since open beta and bought my first supporter back on release, so i know about the "good old days" where we struggled with content.

but this just takes the cake, they keep increasing "complexity" (for the lack of a better word), like boss spawning, splinter collecting, atlas skill-points, npc chaining, etc. and on top of that they remove the fun fast pace most of the player-base has come to enjoy.
remember when PoE really got popular? when you could clear content fast and you could clear maps quickly, etc.

on a side note:
now in the end its up to GGG if they want a successful game, or fulfilling their own dreams of what a game looks like. But if you sell a product, you sure as hell have to cater to your target audience....which GGG either doesnt care for, or just lost the plot long ago.

you not alone. those changes arent fun, nerfiing damage would be ok, but removing all qual from game is not. You wont se single more purchase from me.

10k+ hours into this game playing almost entirely HC, I am actually excited for the coming league. Looking forward to the increased challenge and new opportunities for creativity.

Liege of the Primordial: No longer has 25% increased Effect of Buffs granted by Golems, or 25% increased Effect of Buffs granted by your Golems per Summoned Golem. It now has 100% increased Effect of Buffs granted by your Golems.


Does it mean you still get "25% increased Damage per Summoned Golem"? Or is that another typo?
