They were moved to other maps. It was in the notes, right from the first minute.

Ok I hardly ever post, but WTF is up with you guys constantly nerfing stuff only available in permanent leagues, there is no point in long term investment or crafting, everything WILL get nerfed eventually it seems. I have supported you since closed beta and this just keeps on happening to me, I have always come back for more abuse but now I know there is no point. I just don't understand anymore. Why not just completely remove the perm leagues.

Escape Artist: No longer requires Ghost Dance (which has been replaced with a new Notable). No longer grants "5% increased Attack and Cast Speed per Ghost Shroud" or "Cannot be Stunned while you have Ghost Shrouds".

does this mean Escape Artist is now 2 points? or is it still a 4 point node?
