Content Update 3.16.0 -- Path of Exile: Scourge

Added a new Dexterity/Intelligence Skill Gem - Temporal Rift: Reserves Mana to apply a buff and leave afterimages of your recent past. Cast the spell again to return to the oldest afterimage, teleporting you to that location as well as resetting your Life, Mana and Energy Shield to the values they had then.


Will be fantastic if it can rewind other states like dot, healing, skill and item skill state(like gain phasing for 4s every 8s), buff and debuffs etc.

Problem
The tree is very compact, making it hard to easily view and leaving little space for rearranging clusters.

Solution
Spread out the entirety of the passive tree, and increase the radius of small, medium, large and very-large jewels. This is done to give a relatively equivalent but not identical effect of radius jewels on the tree. This will have impacted all Radius jewels in different ways.

Saboteur
Born in the Shadows: Now grants 15% reduced Damage taken from Blinded Enemies (previously 10%).


Still not enough if count on the blind nerf...

Spectral Shield Throw now has a base Attack Time of 0.65 seconds at all gem levels (previously 0.7-0.6 seconds). Now has 3 to 4 Added Physical Damage per 15 Armour or Evasion Rating on Shield at gem level 1 (previously 4 to 5), up to 5 to 7 at gem level 20 (previously 6 to 8). Now deals 47 to 70 Base Off Hand Physical Damage at gem level 1 (previously 58 to 86), up to 203 to 304 at gem level 20 (previously 399 to 599).


Assume a 3000 armor shield -

old damage = (7*200+499)/0.6
new damage = (6*200+253)/0.65
nerf ratio = 29.4%

Problem:
Socket Crafting unlocks and Meta Crafting Modifier Unlocks are found in specific content that a player might not engage with.

Solution:
Many crafting modifiers that were obtained from Delve, Prophecy and Incursion are now obtained in maps, including Meta Crafting Modifiers being found in unique maps.


Nice change for this...

why you removed from the Atlas: Beach, Channel, City Square, Coves, Crater, Crystal Ore, Excavation, Factory, Graveyard, Iceberg, Infested Valley, Jungle Valley, Mesa, Pen, Peninsula, Phantasmagoria, Pier, Scriptorium and Volcano.

I think those were good. At least for me. Especially Beach and Phantasmagoria.

Ohhh how they massacred my boy forbidden rite totems:).Never had so much fun with a build as i did with fr totems.Being a totem player for years i am honestly clueless what to play this league.

Feedback on Two things;

1) I am not interested in any skill that is on for X amount of time and off for X amount of time. I want something I can count on to be there all the time; set it and forget it.

2) You kept some really crappy maps that really need to go but got rid of some really fun ones. Anything that causes wasted time in back tracking, getting stuck on corners and cramped/blocky/boxy should be on the top of your list for removal. They break your game in two ways; a) they don't work well with movement skills (how many of us have been lodged between to pixels after a leap slam), and, b) your league mechanics become broken by these type of maps (Cage). Last league, because of all the wall collisions the 'area of spawn' the league mechanic had to deal with, the graveyards were chopped up into pieces and spread all over the place...no way you could even chain the blasts to where some of the graves ended up. We couldn't even play the league mechanic in the cramped maps.

I understand it may be too late to reconsider because you've had to move some stuff around, but there are many maps you kept that most of us despise. Have you considered using surveys? If so, please also consider broadening your sample size to something larger than the corporate office.

If you had played the old Dart Pack totems(about 2x powerful than FR totems for the last league).

Pog i hope. you are killing every league my favorite RF build :( One the other hand you have to change your 30$ support packs. For me to buy it, it have to have portal or wings or very nice pet.

I see a nerf to SO spectres, but no mention of improvements to minions in the patch notes, other than some bandaids to golems and SRS. Do you just want to kill spectres off?
