Game Crashes when entering a new zone

Now I cant log in with one of my characters because the town instance crashed... Have been trying to log in with it for 15 minutes.. all other characters log in just fine. But with the one Icontinuously get the error message "failed to connect to instance" This issues has been going on since start of scourge.
