Game crashing leaving map ps4

Happend 3 times in 5 map last night. Reinstalled PoE and did redo memory from ps4 settings. Started happen again today.

Whole game crashes to ps4 error screen. Always when leaving map

After patch game is crashing after every time leaving map. havent done single map that didnt blue screen. Mostly doing t16 cemetary. Expidition legion boxes harbringer and random league mechanic. 4 X sexants. Everything works well until portal/dying out of map
Tried reload game again didnt work. Error code CE 34878-0 Was able leave map without crash when had no sextant rolled and started crash again when had. How to fix this? Last edited by harhaqvei on Feb 23, 2022, 1:13:58 PM

Still keeps happening not after every map anymore but alot still. Not sure what to do

Game crashing to blue screen everytime again leaving:
