i spent ~250divs on this build, and YES, it can do simulacrums afk :D :D
the prices are based on legue, right? Because there is no way I can get the stuff in standard for the price. and this whole fairytale about 10+ div per hour on pink pony youtube channels.... if I'm super lucky with mats, I'll just have 1 div per 1-2 hours?! but it couldn't be more boring.
That's why I prefer to go to work and buy real life tactical gear that I can also use with real life character. makes more sense and is much faster... there's a lot wrong here.

The “increased life regeneration rate” boots Eater eldritch implicit in the mageblood and high budget PoB gives nothing, by the way, because it isn’t converted to ES regen via Zealot’s Oath. “Regenerate % of life per second per endurance charge” implicit is better for that in that case.

On the low budget pob your AG set up for "ag final build" uses mask of the stitched demon, even though we aren't taking Grave Intentions, what's the point of it?
Also, I see that in the "low budget" pob your final recommended AG set up uses an explode rare chest, but in the "high budget" pob you go back to Gruthkul's which is way cheaper, so it makes no sense.

Maybe when i uptaded the build i used the high budget pob and the ag thing got confused on pob
But the main post is clear and shows when ag need to be changed also the ag's gears low and high budget are on main post, so its ez to know when change if the person read the main post.
i have to say thank you for your work and your guide. This is amazing and the build feels very good after a poe break over 2 years.
The costs are finally open to the end, but common community its normal that you have to spend time and currency to min/max a build.
- 86 pure phys red (20k hit)
- 4k es, 1k regen
- 75/75 aegis regen block
- immune to every ailment + bleed + cb
- 88 all max rex + incandecent + perma ele flask(not necessery for build work)
- up to 22m dps on high budget, 55m with mage blood
- afk wave 30 (again xD)
- 100 pct critical dmg reduced
- cheap to start (10-12div)- permanent phase run
- no brain 1 button almost immortal
- any map mode (can do phys reflect with bone ring reflect mode + pantheon)
- Fast mapper ( explode ag)
- Not tested delve yet, but the pob was very similar with top delve build
- All bosses down with no efftort, ill test uber boses(never did)

I putted the BiS quality gems to ppl figure out how to progress the build...ofc some gems are not afordable early game it just on pob to ppl figure how to develop the build. The prices are from the essencial itens of every phase...(i tougth this was intutive but some ppl complained about it)
I can't make a guide just putting the normal gems, its incomplete.Just swicth the gems for non-quality ones to simulate ur actual dps.
Usually the only gem that's very expensive is awk multistrike and it prices are different every league.

TIPS:
-Can afk wave 30 for early currency
-Focus on gear, gems later, only the 6L gems have a great impact (aprox 1div each(lvl 5 20%) every leaguge
-The first gems u should get is the awk of the 6L, and always buy lvl 5 20% or u will have no dmg
-Divergent dread banner lvl 20 is cheap and a great upgrade too

-1st time doing ubers... the build can facetank with mb, without it will be one shoted
-If u know the fights and properly dodge can be done without mb(i cannot)
-For ubers take off zombies and go predator couse they will die on fights, for any other contet go zombs couse they do more dps at all.
(as uber is single target signal of prey rises a lot the golem dps, making no difference dorp the zombs)
