i listen to way too much music across the spectrum to have an all time favourite, but for the past month or so ive been back into an awful lot of Opeth.
just so good. " rip :( theyre definitely one of my all time favourite bands, saw them live in dublin a few years ago before andy died and they were still great after all this time. i really hope they keep going and we get at least one more tour out of them while dave and martin are still going strong. |

Since my last post here: still Wilderun. Without a doubt. A prog/folk metal band made up of Berklee Boston alums can't not be complex, polyphonic, and unpredictable but also catchy and melodious. Not the band I listen to most (that's Sabaton and I make no apologies for it), but definitely the band I've enjoyed watching get bigger and bigger as more and more people catch on.
