[3.24] Storm Brand Build | Ascendant | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

Hey guys, storm brand ascendant build is here. Using void battery and badge of the brotherhood. Badge of the Brotherhood has a unique mod that "Your Maximum Frenzy Charges is equal to your Maximum Power Charges". So we can have 10 power and frenzy charges. Also combining The Restless Ward with Unleash Potential to gain extra benefits from charges. That's why I decided to play as ascendant, otherwise you can go for assassin, occultist or trickster.

- Medium Budget: 20-50 div


Power Charges: Playing with 10 power charges
- Overcharge, Instability, Infused (Skill Tree), +3 Power Charge
- Unleashed Potential (Ascendancy, Forbidden Flame/Flesh), +1 Power Charge
- Void Battery, +1 Power Charge
- Shield Implicit, +1 Power Charge
- Helmet implicit, +1 Power Charge

Charge Duration:
- 400% Increased Endurance, Frenzy and Power Charge Duration (Unleashed Potential)
- 171% Increased Endurance, Frenzy and Power Charge Duration (The Restless Ward)

3.21 CHANGES:
- Arcane Surge Support no longer causes Arcane Surge to grant more Spell Damage. Instead, it now causes Arcane Surge to grant 10% increased Cast Speed
- Onslaught Support has been removed. A new Momentum Support gem has been added in its place.
- Critical Strike Chance is increased by chance to Suppress Spell Damage (Removed)

3.23 CHANGES:
- Gem quality changes.
- Lab enchants are gone.

I have a question. How this build generated Frenzy charges? I so in Video u have it, but i dont see any gems, skills or talets fo it gaine?

Now i have 2 Big Gorilas spectere, whu generate for me Frenzy)))))

Power charges equals frenzy charges and with the raider ascendancy u generate frenzy charges

i would love to get help
i dont know how hes supposed to be on 5 million dps
and i cant barely go over the 1 mill mark

ps. : the +4 chest makes like around 800k iknow that but still missing then 2,5-3mill dps

I figured out the charge generation. Thanks) It's already working steadily.


Also have some problems. My DPS is currently at 970k, I have 9 power charges with Forbiden Flesh/Flame jewels.

Before the patch I see in POB with this build 3,6mil DPS, after the patch the DPS dropped to 1,4 mil with the same items and talents.

I can't farm t14-16 cards comfortable, i use flask on evasion and have 50% evasion chance and on t14-16 map i realy slow kill mobs and take in face oneshot from mobs every time)))

Unique Flasks
Flat damage
Watcher's Eye
And he has Vaal Haste/Grace enabled in his PoB

That's most of what you're missing on top of the chest armor.

I feel like I am not doing something right. I don't deal nearly anything close to the amount of damage in the videos. Any chance you could take a look to see what I am missing or doing wrong with the build?

Probably will start with this, I don't see any relevant change in the patch notes for it.
