It's a huge loss when it comes to PoB numbers, but unless you're doing Uber Pinnacle stuff, you won't really notice it. It does mean Mine Throwing Speed matters more, as well as other sources of scaling, and that whatever applies Wither needs to be faster / more Temp Chain curse effect.

The build is still fine. Surprisingly.

My goal for the new season is to farm my own voidstones which seems to still be possible. Anything on top of that is a bonus in my mind.

I'm still new to POB and theorycrafting, but I figure sticking faster casting on the wither totems will be less optional. Also, thinking about the chaos dot + eternal suffering jewel versus the mine damage + guerilla tactics jewel to make up for the mine throwing speed, but eternal suffering feels nice for mapping. Maybe it'll be worth a swap for bossing? This build has got me into learning POB and testing things out so it's been fun!

Thanks again for putting this together and helping out with the questions in the thread.
It really depends on whether Balance of Terror (Sanctum jewel) is back... If it is, as we hope, you get 100% Wither on Hit, so that's gonna make applying enough Wither stacks a non-issue with Minefield.

If it's not back or too expensive/rare, then yeah, find other solutions as you've noted.

wow, this really plays very smooth with very little investment.

leveled it and switched early, very few issues.

I was tinkering with this idea and saw that you already made a guide for it, which is awesome. Thank you!
I have one question which I can't seem to find a definitive and recent answer for it.
The assassin nodes Noxious Strike and Toxic Delivery both seem to have the line "...poison you inflict..." for both the duration node and more damage on crit.
I was under the assumption that since the mine are not you we lose the benefits from these nodes, or am I wrong and these work with mines also?

Noxious Strikes gives 40% to Poison (and nothing else, unless they die from Poison and you also get Life on Kill).
Toxic Delivery works fully.

Which you can get if you do something like use a Brand. Trigger Dagger can do this.

The "poison you inflict with crit strike" from Toxic delivery cannot work with mines I don't why you'd say it does fully?
