Nope, don't know what sort of vitamins etc you are getting - easily digestible (that sorta thing) so I stay away from them.

Occasionally. The water where I live SUCKS, so we finally got an under sink mounted filter system, so I drink it more now than ever. Also ran a filtered line to the fridge to get it ice cold, woot!
