Hi there! Yes, your DoT DPS is only 10.1m because your build is not optimized. It seems like a lot went into your weapon, shield (maybe), amulet and profane bloom set.

Optimized DoT DPS with Loyal: 24.4m (https://pobb.in/mwXh__BfFhq5)
Optimized DoT DPS with Lords: 26.5m (https://pobb.in/2ZgIzvcpQKwR)

Suggestions 1-10 cost only a few divines to fix (assuming you sell Profane Bloom). The only remaining "issue" is that some resistances may still be lacking or need to be shuffled around. You can either fix it by using tattoos, or sacrificing some DPS on helmet/gloves for a replacement with more resistances.

Suggestions:
1. Get lvl 21 Vaal Cold Snap
2. Switch Haste gem into Hatred
3. Switch Profane Bloom into Frigid Wake
4. Switch Rings into Mark of the Shaper + Elder ring set, replace inspiration with lvl 21 Frostbite
5. Switch Divine Blessing to a 20/20 version.
6. Replace DoT Mastery with Aura Effect on the Sovereignty wheel
7. Replace Legacy of Fury with 6% life implicit (for defense)
8. Switch practical application to the basic jewel socket on the left side of the tree. Insert a jewel with % max life, % cdot multiplier and resistanecs.
9. Switch Culling Strike into Defiance Banner. Tattoo two small INT nodes with Honoured Tattoo of the Hatungo.
10. Recraft suppression chance on shield with double resistanecs
11. Switch Skin of the Loyal to Skin of the Lords

Edit: When you get your next level, add Aura from Non-curse has 10% increased effect - it provides +3.1% overall DoT DPS

Hey! Glad to hear~

Both Eternal Youth and MoM cannot be used.

Instead of Skin of the Lords, consider purchasing Skin of the Loyal or a +4 gem alternative (see the guide for the +4 chest explanations) in the meantime.

But even before considering the above chests, quick and cheap DPS boosts:
1. Switch Vortex and Creeping Frost to lvl 21 gems (quality not important)
2. Switch Efficacy on your chest into Awakened Ele Focus (it provides +1 to Vortex and CF and lvl 5)

hey i noticed that in the ingame tooltip haste gives my creeping frost 15k more DPS....is this correct or not? i want to switch to grace but i feel like i would lose so much damage

You are probably looking at the on hit damage line which assumes you are standing still casting CF continuously for the on hit damage.

You should be looking at the cold damage over time line.

I have updated the guide for recommended tattoos (see the tattoos section).

I will personally be running Berserker over Wise because I prefer the onslaught mobility over the DoT DPS.

Iam currently working on a elder/redeemer ring with frostbite on hit and 2 resistence.

Do you think i should rather get 3 resistence instead of frostbite on hit?

I also work on another weapon with just dot and damage multipliers. Since my vortex and frostbite are above lvl 31.

Iam currently switch Haste and hatred depends on which content i do.

I wonder why is frigid wake best in slot?

Thanks for the tip on the previous answer, I did buy the level 21 gems and am working towards improvements, im new to the game so its been pretty hard to fathom all the possible min/max stuff with all the possible crafts and modifiers.

I saw the tattoo update post and im thinking about getting one but i have no idea how to change the tree to accommodate it, im only 94 and im not really leveling fast and still working towards the final jewel socket, if you could take a look at my pob and give me some help on how to manage it to get a tattoo and what to change to improve my character i would really appreciate it brother

You can get 4 points back just by changing your pathing in your tree. Take the INT node next to "The Agnostic" on the left side of the tree. Then you can remove the 2 small life nodes by purity of flesh and 2 of the INT nodes next to it.

is not better to run malevolence+determination+defiance+tempest shield than malevolence+determination+grace+defiance before DD?

looking at comments from this post seems tempest shield is a must.
