Cannot receive Unlock code Or Change Email.

so how am i suppose to get a response from support when my email doesnt exist anymore?
So what are we going to do about this issue you guys seem to have time to respond to threads but yet no one has bothered to reach out otherwise other then to apologize for the lack of support your team provides. the solution seems fairly simple as for your support to send the change of email request to a different email so i can change the email on my account to then finally be able to receive a unlock code and proceed to play the game ive spent thousands of hours playing and thousands of dollars on.

if im able to log into your website and spend money freely i shouldn't have a issue changing my email within the website. sms protection is better then this email... since emails can deactivate and no longer be accessed and i have to sit here and wait for a solution that takes someone 30 seconds to do. and mods like you buys repeat yourself with different wording ever time about how sorry you are about the wait etc...

ive been a longtime supporter of this game since beta and the fact that i can't get simple help blows me away. its really a shame how far you guys have fallen and how we the community that fuels the game are treated. The entirety of Grinding Gear Games should be disgusted and ashamed of yourselves.

I am currently facing the exact same problem. cant access my Email anymore. After contacting support at 7.Dez i got quick respones and i provided information, that i am the account owner.

After that, they are not responding anymore...

Its very frustrating to not beeing able to play at league start.
I have the same issue. Couldn't log in for league start. Messaged support, they told me to white list the support mail, which I did. I checked for suspicious activity on my PoE and mail account, like weird forwarding setting ,but nothing ofc. I can send other mails to the account without any issues.

This has been ongoing since friday evening and support has also not responded to me since.
You don't cap for ele weakness? - Kids these days...
