I wanted to ask aabout why there is "9" count in blink arrow in bossing gems?

ps: i did the build and it's amazing. the first build i'm doing t17 and i can tank t16 with a loooot of monsters (i have no progenesis yet). i also did uber bosses. (i use mirror arrow for dps)

The Rain of Arrows from the Bombaring Clones hit single targets multiple times scaling inversely with AoE (hence the Concentrated Effect Support). Small humanoids get hit 3 times (lower boundary) and the easiest way of calculating this is by using 9 Clones in PoB.

Larger targets like Eater and Exarch get hit more often though (up to 4 times per RoA) which is why the dps is higher against bosses like them.
