Basically this. I'm just trying to imagine the scale of bans that some people are calling for.
First we ban the owners of bugged items, especially who did equip the item or socket a gem in it.
Second we ban the sellers, and resellers too
Third we ban everyone who used the bugged craft
But justice is not yet done!
- ban everyone who managed to sell Morrigans for 50c/80c/1div on a hypetrain instead of 10c the day before - unfair trading!
- ban everyone who sold unid Dawnbreaker for 20div instead of 20c the day before - unfair enrichment! And Incandescent Invitation sellers too!
- ban every steamer who talked about it while not use it - unfair competition, viewer gains! Like when SpicySushi abused this craft a little, gathered viewers, went to bed and threw all his viewers to CaptainLance - BAN THEM BOTH because someone streamed grave crafting that day and got his viewers STOLEN from him
- ban everyone who is still having fun in 3.24 because someone is done with the league and finds it not fair to still enjoy PoE
You sound like you partook quite a lot in this.

who cares about those items anyways at this point in the league?
they are just standard memes
Years back at the dawn of this game, temp league events were voided because some of the more rewarding ones would cause too much damage to Standard. Nowadays everyone is okay, to flood standard with all kinds of overpowered gear, bug exploited or not. Why not just let mirrors drop like candy in both league and Standard then?
First week of this league you could fish the divine map mod and get out with 15-40 div's (depending on your setup). It was fixed roughly 24 hours later, and the mod was made so much more rare that map fishing for it was too time consuming and not worth it anymore. Same thing happened with the rogue exile allflame a few weeks later. That's two currency printing exploits "fixed" in a single month and everyone who abused this kept their currency and gained leverage on the market.

If those for some reason were eternal orbs, you may have had grounds for comparison, however that's not the case, isn't it?

Really, ban players, for what, mistake made by GGG because they coded badly? Haha, i remember when they banned Empiryan because he was standing on edge of ritual and caused loot explosion, dont know how they pulled that without legal actions taken by streamer, but i think he didnt want to put bad picture on himself since he earns living for streaming Poe. Im sure he knew GGG was shifting blame of their failure into banning others, and they never apologize to community for such coding mistakes.
What would mr Siklic do if he was in this post?

Mr. Detective at work.
No, I'm just tired of seeing people asking for bans left and right. Ban is a serious deal if you think about it. People are using the game to get away from many problems, many are relying on it as the only way to relax. Some spent a lot of money on their accounts, money that helped to build this game and the upcoming sequel.
And now you want to take their accounts away from them because they tried something on a dead league month in, something that is getting fixed very fast and therefore has no big consequences. Should we also decapitate them?

Still labelling every person that disagrees with your opinion as an exploiter I see...
Did it ever occur to you that maybe other people could disagree with your opinion AND not have participated?
The guy was just trying to figure out the scale of how many people would be banned if these bloodthirsty ban screamers were blindly listened to, and you labelled him as if he exploited.

Exploiter is the new racist. These people are so tiresome.
