[3.27] Rage Vortex of Berserking Flicker Strike Berserker - Tanky map destroyer
" I just crafted this axe for about 60 div, but I got really lucky: My process (dunno if its the best way): 1. Buy 30% quality siege axe ( or buy one with a fractured phys mod and skip steps 2 and 3). 2. Slam Deafening Essence of Contempt until you hit a high Phys or hybrid phys/accuracy roll. 3. Once you get one of those, Fracture Orb and hope you hit one of the Phys mods. 4. I hit the % Phys with the fracture, so I spammed more of the same essences untl I got a high hybrid phys/accuracy mod. If you fracture the flat phys mod here, you may have to start spamming the attack speed essences instead. 5. Once my prefixes were good, I benchcrafted "Prefixes cannot be changed". 6. I used the Harvest bench Speed re-roll to get attack speed. If you don't hit attack speed here, pray that you have an open suffix and can start from step 5 again, otherwise you have to annul and pray for the 50/50 that you hit a suffix to try again. 7. After it's all good, use Tempering orbs to get 8+% phys magnitude increase. For the armor I just bought well rolled Royal Plates with an open suffix and slammed Redeemer Exalts on them. Make sure the armor doesn't have any other influences on it when you buy it (including eldrich), or you won't be able to slam a Redeemer Exalt on it. If you don't hit the mod you want, the failures may still be worth re-selling for a profit. Last edited by paranoiaxssr#6720 on Jun 30, 2025, 1:37:25 PM

Hey, thanks for the guide!
What do you think of this build in comparison to slayer? Tankiness, speed, damage, flexibility (especially in terms of "can do xx map mods")? |
|
" Berserker really takes advantage of the rage stuff, and all its ascendancy nodes grant huge buffs to damage when you're building around rage. I haven't tried a slayer version, but it probably wouldn't use RVoB, which is pretty much the point for this flavor of flicker. The only map mods the berserker build truly cannot do is "monsters cant be leeched from" and "reflects physical damage". |
