Can you help me with my Juggernaut Cyclone Build?

Well you have enough to easily rework your gear after a change to your talent tree.

If you follow my tree to a T, you'll be tankier, but it may not do cyclone complete justice and would rid you of your cluster jewel component, but you can then tweak from there.

I would at least follow it up to that south axe nodes I pick up, as a jugg yourself, use those points for a cluster jewel. Drop that dex node I use for 30 dex (i'm lazy, unless you need it too), and use that as well. Pick up impales from a jewel of sorts. Life from jewels as well, and attack speed, and damage buffs.

As for gear, suppression hybrid gear for boots, gloves and helm for sure. Armor/evasion that give suppression.

Minimum of 10% suppression of boots/gloves/helm.

Armor/evasion gear (when searching, set item level to say minimum of 82+) search 1 armor, 1 evasion gear, and enter stats your looking for. Increase the armor on boots/gloves past 200 if your budget fits it, and find the stats to your liking.

Examples:

Gloves: Shoot for 250 + armor
10% Chance to suppress spell damage
% to Attack speed (Or accuracy if you decide to go that route)
Max Life
Elemental Resistance (whatever you need)
% increased armor and evasion
# to armor and evasion

Boots- (i would search 35% movement fractured, and essence craft to my liking, hit 10% or more of suppression). 200+ armor on boots wanted.

10% + spell suppression
Max life (80+)
Movement speed( 35%
%armor/evasion
elemental resist 1
Ele resist 2 (if needed, or other suffix)

Helm: Shoot for 600+ armor
10% + suppression
Accuracy (if you go this route) OR stat
Max life
# to armor and evasion
% to armor and evasion
Resistance of choice

Chest - 3 prefixes, 2 suffixes - Shoot for 6 link (or link yourself) with well over 3000 armor. Royal plate is the highest base armor this patch if you choose to craft your own. A blank 6link can be had for under 50chaos, search for Royal Plate as it has the highest base armor. Essence to your liking with the highest armor essences (it's what i typically do). Do not forget you can manipulate your resistences with the horticrafting bench. Convert cold to lightning, etc.

The reason for the open suffix is to craft 10% spell suppression to top you off. If you get 14% on gloves/boots/helm, and blue eldrich orb 5% suppression on gloves, use the suffix for a resist or whatever you want. The cap is now 100%, but you'll feel way tankier with spells past 50%. I aim for high 80s, because I use a conversion gem many seasons to get ailment resistance as well. (See POB).

Weapon -

You can upgrade your weapon relatively easily. I prefer VAAL axes, item level 85 or higher. Linking them... Luck or spend nearly one divine buying links, and use the bench. Up to you.

I buy: Fractured "Attack speed 26%" or higher. Whatever is reasonably priced. Spend no more than 100c at this time.

Use highest phys essences. Roll until you get hybrid phys (% increased phys damage / accuracy, say 40% phys or higher). Make sure a prefix is open for you to craft up to 129% phys (see my POB for the idea).

You do some things, tweak to your liking. I think you'll find new grounds to wreak havoc, and murder some bosses with.

You can eldritch orb (Red and Blue, from lesser to grand in type, I use greaters for both). You can see my POB, and see the implicits that they produce. For a full list, you can search for this on the POB wiki.

You can use them on the gloves, boots, chest and helm to add implicits.

For you i would do the following

Gloves - Eater of worlds (blue) = Spell suppression with greater orbs.
Searing exarch (red) = Attack speed

Helm - Eater of worlds = Mana reservation (8% or higher)
Searing Exarch = What you feel you like, I use fire damage to recoup life a lot.

Chest = all about auras. Generally use "Determination aura" boost with Eater of worlds, and searing exarch is boost to "non damaging auras" Can see my POB.

Boots: Chance to resist ailments (aim for 20%) eater of worlds.
Searing exarch = Chaos resist (or whatever you need)

I never updated on rings, but I would find two amethyst rings, one double the chaos up as needed, find stats like attack speed, or accuracy depending on your needs, along with the resists. An open prefix with everything else is important - You'll want to put a mana reduction cost enchant on there for channeled abilities (cyclone). You can put that on both rings with open prefixes.

These enchants are found with Jun missions. Load her on your maps if you havent, and get some points in her on that atlas to speed that process up.

I would also, since you're in the 90s, finalize your gems. To some extent at least. I'd eliminate the elements, go pure phys. I'd use warbanner only. With cyclone on a jug, I'd use precision, Blood and sand, and determination, and pride. Link Precision with the arrogance support. I'd link blood and sand, determination and pride with a Enlightened support gem. They can be pricer, but you can buy them already corrupted, and at level 2 to get some mana reservation back, at a fairly fair price. 40 to 60 chaos depending on market at times.

I'd get molten shell automated, and a curse on there as well. I'd still use leap slam with this build. :)

I'd find a way to incorporate ice blink too. I'd also use a 5 link for some auto exertion / warcries if I could. That could be a mana related thing though. However, you could probably use a blood tap too, but i'm not sure. That would have to be researched by you.

My 6 link cyclone and 5 link/6 slot weapon/chest would be shouts with a blink or leap slam.

Let me know what you end up doing! And if you need more help, feel free to reach out!

And let us know how it progresses, how it feels etc.
Yep, just alot of information to go over with this, and I do have some limited game time, so I am working through it slowly. Thank you for the pointers I will look into this. :)

It is worth mentioning somewhere in this mess I remember picking an option that makes my strength give me accuracy, thus it was damage, health and accuracy for me.. I forget which node it was..

Well I managed to follow the Advice of the Weapon, and got a nice weapon and altered my tree a bit. Still struggling with Dying alot usually instantly to something I just can't see in the mess of non-sense going on.

But I also haven't managed to fill out the rest of the armor with what you suggested yet.. so that's still a work in progress.

Gameplay does feel smoother, just sort of wish I wasn't getting instantly killed from full hp from effects I literally cannot see. It's probably one of the most frustrating aspects of PoE.
When looking at your character's defenses, what is the "physical damage reduction" at?

For regular mapping, to not die from unknown 1-shots or quick deaths, as a jugg, try to move your armor up high. 90% is the phys damage reduction cap (for white mobs). The closer you are to that, or exceed, the better your survival when entering the fray.

Also, make sure you're ele resist capped. Get your chaos res as close to 75 as possible. Use flask that provides more if needed in the meantime.

Roll flasks with instilling orbs to match the way you like to play. I personally tether them to my life potion. So flasks will say "used when life potion used" or "used when adjacent potion is used" so they're all chained to my life potion. Roll your potions too, with alterations to help block corrupted blood, poison, shock, freeze, and burning, etc.

I have a feeling that you're not close to 90% phys reduction, so getting there will hugely improve survival. Chaos capped is a luxury thing for the most part, but you definately want to reach 50ish%, and flask for rest.

Also, life on everything is good. When you can afford, 95+ life on rings. 100+ on amulet, 110+ helm, 150+ on chest, 90+ on boots and gloves.

And as you progress with maven and influences, consider adding suppression to the build, and a jewel called "ancestral vision". THis will calculate half suppression, and give it to elemental ailment avoidance. A beautiful thing.
Also, make sure your maps don't have any reflect damage, and also if you can't leech or lose aura's etc, it's a good idea to re-roll the map. Scour it and alchemy it, or if you're heavy on chaos, use those (which I rarely do burn chaos for t16 maps, unless i'm feeling lazy).

My defenses are:

6 Endurance Charges almost 100% Uptime.
60,000 armor (90% reduction)
80%+ All elemental resistances
76% Chaos Resistance (And the Juggernaut Ascendency that makes armor apply to it.
~4,500 hp.

I've been avoiding damage reflect and cannot leech like the plague. Yes.
Also avoid maps that curse you with elemental weakness, or less armor. I'm sure you are but just want to chime that part. It might be time for suppression. Physical hits shouldn't melt you whatsoever.

Also, is that 60k armor when you're moving too? Or are you beefier standing still (based on talent selection, just making sure).

If you can't afford a new set of gears with suppression @ 14 on gloves/helm/boots, you can step it down a bit to around 11 suppress on gloves/helm/boots if your chest has an open suffix to craft 10%. My goal is always 75% spell suppression. Also using the jewel "Ancestral Vision" paired with that makes you quite a bit tankier without nuking offense. If you're doing well in currency, look for one with an implicit "Can not be affected by corrupted blood", so you can rework your potions.

And as a final part to that, finish off your suppression nodes with your next levels. You'll see a vastly huge difference in survivability.

You can still die, if the maps are tough enough, but you can leap into the doody at least taking some pain, and hopefully enough for your leech to overtake the damage.
Also, keep in mind, that 90% is for lvl 83 or 85 base mobs. If your bossing, aim for more armor. The more, the better. Bosses have a higher level, and go beyond the norm. Many folks say aim for 100k plus. I've done fine on the atlas bosses for now with about 70ish, but I do notice some huge hits at times.

Also, I'm finding some problems mechanically with abilities that are getting me nuked. For instance, frost blink.. I'll be pointing one way to blink, and it just moves me deeper into the mobs, etc. I either kill to live, or get nuked trying to run. This is even worse with blight in my maps. Almost every time I try to blink out of a situation, it just doesn't give a damn, and puts me closer to mobs. Actually becoming quite frustrating.

And the suppression gear I was talking about prior - is armor/evasion gear.
