Its a joke, playing 87 hours with the game without a problem, suddenly i dont have early acces to the game???

Problem resolved via Instant Gaming (place where I bought my key)! They simply replaced the key in just few hours after my email and now all works. Try this solution. |

I've had this problem since 29th December when I first asking GG for help, they contacted me on the 31st and now they've gone radio silent. I've asked them twice now for any updates with this issue as I've sent the information they've asked for but still nothing. I understand they might be busy but it's been like...20 days now? It's really putting me off of wanting to play it at this point. Don't suppose anyone can shed any light on this? I redeemed my key via the PoE2 website and then on Steam.

" Unfortunately no. According to some people (still to be verified), keys purchased on third party merchant sites like InstantGaming or Kinguin etc, are not authorized and have been revoked. You have to ask the merchant site for a refund. I'm not sure that asking for a new key solves the problem. It may work until they ban the keys again. |

same here i have redeemed an activation code here linked my account and played for about 20+ hours then came back to the game weeks later and it says i dont have access like i never played the game i have my character registered and i can see that its the correct steam account linked and all but its like i never bought the game to begin with

Same here. Bought in game currency, skins and other stuff and today it doesn't work. How to fix this???

This is my first GGG game, and I'm quite surprised how they plan to make a true F2P game successful in the long run despite so many negative headlines.
However, if they think they can revoke my EA access just because I bought the key from third-party providers, then I also want a refund for the in-game purchases I have already made. Taking away services I have paid for—on what legal basis is that even possible? I also won't wait more than 20 days for a response from support like others here, but will hand the matter over to my lawyer. I also advise everyone else to do the same, because this is no longer just poor support—it’s outright fraud. |

After spending 144 hours on steam on early access and buing some stuff from game shop today I have received an info, that : "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access"
I havent playing last week and come back and? What is going on? How to fix it? |
