Account locked Help

5 Weeks since I received a response. Still locked.

I emailed them again cause after 2 months of waiting I got sick of it and they emailed me back a day later saying

"Hi there,

Thanks for your patience.

I'm afraid due to the launch of Path of Exile 2 we are experiencing a delay in responding to players emails, however rest assured one of our team will get back to you in your original email chain with us as soon as possible"

This proves to me they are not so far behind they cant respond to everyone and tells me they are not unlocking accounts for what ever reason

I am deeply saddened and frustrated. It has been nearly two months since my account was locked, even though I did nothing wrong. I was locked out simply because I was hacked—how absurd is that? Especially considering I paid to play this game.

My last reply to their standard mail was also on 11/1 but i never got anything since then, so absolutly no hope as im clearly beeing put back in line by them. Frustrating
