POE 2 (Physical Goods)
DE based, I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Support package 1 month ago. However, I have not received any tracking information or an estimated delivery date for the physical goods. I've emailed GGG five times, yet I've only received one reply, which asked for my account information—details a week ago that were already included in my initial email. This is beyond frustrating.

I am in the exact same boat. I ordered the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter pack, paid for shipping for the physical items, and after I heard nothing for a good while, I opened a ticket and was asked by support to confirm my address and it is now Feb, and nothing.
GGG, What I do not understand is: why can't you just give us a blanket update about physical items for the supporter packs? Are they taking longer than usual to ship? Are they back-ordered? Are only some people having this issue? We understand you are backed up with tickets from EA, but we are all paying customers that just want a simple update as to when our physical items that we paid for might ship. It has been months for some of us with no word, and all we are asking is if we can get a blanket update at the bare minimum as to when our items will ship. I can imagine some people at this point are wondering if they will even get the items they paid for and if they need to open up a dispute with their credit card companies for not receiving goods paid for. Can someone give us an update about our physical items so we do not have to all open up disputes with our credit card companies because we have failed to receive the goods we all paid for with our hard earned money? I know you all are backed up on tickets, but getting not even a blanket statement about the failure to ship the physical items we all paid for months ago to me is downright unacceptable. I am a very open and understanding person, but at some point, things like this cross over the threshold of good will and someone needs to step in and say something. What is the deal with our physical items and why haven't many of us gotten any shipping confirmation after months? |

Similar story here. Ordered the supporter pack with the t-shirt, contacted the support end of december/january. The package was allegedly out for delivery and I was allegedly not there. DHL did not ring, and as I did not have any shipment tracking from GGG I could not get the package from the post office.
Support provided me with these informations, but the package was already back to the states. I have tried to contact support again twice and offered to pay again for the package but no reply. It feels really bad. I haven't played any poe or poe2 since then. It basically destroyed any joy I had for this game, perhaps I'm just petty... Can't shake that feeling tho. |

Similar story in my case. Ordered support pack as upgrade, filled form for hoodie, paid increased price, 0 info about shipment of physical good, so I wrote email, to ask if I will get info later/how will it work. Got response/question to provide account name, shipping adres, and character name to confirm its my account. After that no more response currently 8 days and counting. I dont know if there is bug and thats why I didnt get info on mail, or thats how this should look like. Cant refund because it will probably get my account banned and have to wait counting on GGG mercy to respond. Feels bad as first experience with POE :(

Same deal for me, contacted support, they asked for the character info, then radio silence, orded around the 3rd of Jan both Hoddie and tshirt.
