I tried to play today an got the same message that my IP was banned!!! No reason at all!!

got ip banned, from brazil, never cheated, I player poe1 since 2012, WTF GGG

I'm from Brazil and I've just got banned as I was chosing rewards from the last ritual at Freythorn. I can play normally in another server.
Can this be fixed? |

My IP also got banned somehow, I was playing end of Act 3 just now.. Just realized this isn't the correct forum thread, but Ok

I was making exchanges on the website, assembling my gear to make atlas, and out of nowhere your IP was banned.
