Herald of Plague Feels Quite Bad and Almost Useless vs. Other Heralds

It works really well with a warcry build

It doesnt work with crossbow skills. When im socketing a poison gem i can kill a poisoned enemy fast before the poison expires but doesnt trigger the spread nor the hinder chance. I tried also socketing Herald of Ice with poison gem wich has plently amount of poison gamage but still nothing. It say clear that killing a poison enemy should triger the effect. It is not fair not to work with crossbow skills. Need to be fixed to the next update otherwise it will dissapoint a lot of people.
